I had a great experience at this hotel during my stay in Perugia. The location was perfect - near the city center and within walking distance to the central square. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and provided all the necessary information I needed. The room had all the basic amenities I required and was very comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast they offered was satisfactory, providing a good start to my day.

The location of the hotel was really great, just a few steps away from the main city center. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was good enough to start the day with energy.

I was really disappointed by the lack of warmth and care showed by the staff. They weren't willing to help with directions and recommendations, and the room was quite noisy due to the traffic.
